Idea 01 · Pilots open in Malaysia

Get paid on time without chasing customers by hand.

Our tool sends polite reminders for your overdue B2B invoices. It uses your own email and WhatsApp number, it records each promise to pay, and it tells you when a person must step in.

Example only. Names and numbers are not real.

The problem

Late payment is normal, and owners chase it by hand

In most small firms, the owner or the bookkeeper sends reminders one by one on WhatsApp, between other work. Many reminders are late or never sent.

64 days

Average time Malaysian SMEs wait to get paid.

How it works

A fixed reminder schedule, with a person for the hard cases

You choose the tone and the schedule. The tool follows it for every open invoice. When a customer disputes an invoice or asks for a payment plan, the tool stops and passes the case to you.

  1. Day −3

    Friendly heads-up

A short note with the amount, the due date and a pay link.

  2. Day +1

    First reminder

A polite message the day after the due date.

  3. Day +7

    Ask for a date

The tool asks when payment will come and records the answer.

  4. Day +14

    Firmer reminder

A clear message that refers to your payment terms.

  5. Day +21

    Hand over to you

You get a short summary of the full history, so one call is enough.

What is different

It runs in your name

  • Messages go from your own email address and WhatsApp number.
  • Customers pay you directly, into your own account.
  • Every message says that it is an automated reminder.
  • Messages go out on weekdays, during business hours only.
Who it is for

Owner-run B2B firms in Malaysia

  • Service firms and distributors that sell on credit terms.
  • About 50 to 500 customers who pay by invoice.
  • Teams that use Xero, AutoCount or a spreadsheet for invoices.
  • No full-time credit controller.
Questions

Common questions

Is this a debt collection agency?

No. We supply software. You stay the sender of every message, and your customers pay you directly. We do not take a percentage of the money that you collect.

Will it damage my customer relationships?

You approve the wording and the schedule before anything goes out. The tone stays polite. Disputes and payment plans go to you, not to the tool.

How do you get my invoice data?

During the pilot, we can start from a simple export (Excel or CSV) from your accounting software. Direct links to Xero and AutoCount are on our plan.

What happens to my customers' data?

We use it only to send your reminders, and we do not sell or share it. We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act.

What does the pilot cost?

We agree simple pilot terms with you before we start. There is never a fee based on a percentage of collected cash.
